- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 cup turkey broth or pan drippings
- 0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Maggi liquid seasoning optional

- Heat the butter in a pan over medium-high heat. When melted, add the turkey broth. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper or Maggi liquid seasoning (optional).
- Sprinkle in the xanthan gum and whisk until incorporated. Continue to simmer until the gravy has thickened to your liking. Remove from heat and serve right away.
