Keto Chocolate Nut Clusters Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, macadamias)

  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of sea salt


Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler.

  2. Add nuts: Stir in the mixed nuts, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until the nuts are fully coated with chocolate.

  3. Form clusters: Using a spoon, drop small clusters of the chocolate-nut mixture onto a parchment-lined tray.

  4. Set: Place the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

  5. Store: Keep the clusters in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for longer storage.
