Keto Chocolate Nut Clusters Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, macadamias)
1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler.
Add nuts: Stir in the mixed nuts, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until the nuts are fully coated with chocolate.
Form clusters: Using a spoon, drop small clusters of the chocolate-nut mixture onto a parchment-lined tray.
Set: Place the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
Store: Keep the clusters in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for longer storage.
